We charge $50.00 an hour, which I think is fair for Southern Illinois.

Plus, our supplies, materials, electricity, insurance, and more gets paid before we do.

What a lot of people Don't realize is the time that goes into furniture restoration, especially if it is painted. So, 20 hrs. a half a week, already adds up to $1,000.00.

Some want a kitchen chair repaired. Well, if it takes 90 minutes or two hours that's $75. to $100.00. They then say, well I can buy a new chair for that - exactly, I already know.

It is an IKEA or Wayfair world anymore. Most don't want their Grandparent's furniture. They all want new. We also perform moving claim inspections of furniture that is damaged. IKEA and Wayfair furniture Does Not do well in a move. It is mostly not solid wood; it does not last.

A Dining Room Table, to refinish the Top Only:

runs from $1,000. up to $2,000.00 depending on the size of and damage to the tabletop.

A man in O'Fallon has his Grandparent's old 6-legged dining table; a couple of leaves and eight chairs. The pieces are rough, as many dining pieces are, as they get used a lot.

Price to restore it all: $4,000.00 - he wants it done. . Good for him!

To restore a Dresser can run between $400. to $900.00 depending on the size and damage.

The same for an old Washstand - it always depends on the size and damage. Makes sense.

CABINET RESTORATION PRICING

Enhancing your Cabinets is the most economical way to refresh your cabinets.

And if you want to keep the wood grain an Enhancement is for you.

We charge between $110. and $125.00 per door and drawer, depending on any damage to the cabinets. So, count your drawers and doors - If you have an island with panels they would each count as a door. If you have say 25 total doors, drawers, panels - your price would be from $2,750. to $3,125.00. We will come out and take a look to get you the exact price.

For painting - and btw, I always try and talk my customers out of painting a bright white. There can be imperfections on the cabinets that cannot be seen by you are I. But, just as soon as they are painted a gloss white - the imperfections are noticeable. Keep that in mind, please.

We charge between $140. and $155.00 per door, drawer, and panel, again depending on any damage. If you have 25 total doors, drawers, panels - your price would be between $3,500. to $3,875.00. We will come out and take a look to get you the exact price. Thank-You.
